Partner relations
Every distribution partner is assigned a personal account manager at Novolog, who is responsible for exclusively representing the partner’s interests and who functions as the partner’s contact person. Our account managers discuss a variety of relevant topics with key personnel in the partner companies – marketing, development, pharmacy, regulations, and more – and formulate a customized basket of services for each partner tailored to its needs and requirements.
Our account managers are responsible for three principal tasks:
- project and process management – onboarding a new partner; adapting the organizational infrastructure to the partner’s needs; identifying partners’ business needs and translating them into actions; identifying business potential and value offerings for partners; managing the partners’ relations with the Israeli regulatory authorities and monitoring all services being provided to partners;
- resolving problems – handling complaints or problems that arise; responding to requests for improvement processes and translating them into projects on the ground; formulating KPIs and monitoring them on a monthly/quarterly basis;
- managing business information – defining each partner’s needs; translating them into KPIs and managing advanced data management systems that partners can also access in order to verify achievement of targets.
At Novolog Logistics, every partner has a single organizational account manager who represents it, is aware of its needs, is committed to fulfilling its wishes and verifies that the entire system is working for it.
