Customer service
Novolog operates a customer service center for end-customers – HMOs, hospitals, private pharmacies, the Israeli Ministry of Health, pharmacy chains, private clinics, medical aesthetics clinics and more.
Our customer service center is an integral component of the supply chain and is involved in all operational, financial and other aspects, from the moment an order is received and until its supply date and subsequently.
Novolog’s customer service staff represents end-customers’ needs vis-à-vis Novolog’s supply chain and vis-à-vis our distribution partners, and offers them personalized service in relation to operational and service aspects:
- operations – handling orders that arrive directly at the center; performing control over the orders for the distribution partners; handling a variety of logistics service calls (transport, supply dates, incorrect quantities, etc.);
- service – providing accounting information to customers; handling problems with orders, etc.
Novolog’s customer service center provides service through a variety of communications channels: telephone, text messages, email and WhatsApp.
Novolog also operates a portal for the convenience of pharmacies, which enables them to perform operations online, such as clarifying inventories, clarifying a credit status, accounting operations, calls for service, etc.
