The extensive, sensitive and diverse activities of Novolog Logistics and of its distribution partners are supported by several advanced customized technological systems:

The supply chain management system – a customized system tailored especially for Novolog and enabling us to manage all components of the supply chain – recording and tracking the receipt of goods, separate inventory management for every distribution partner, inventory management at the level of warehouse, managing end-customers’ orders, managing the distribution system, including centralized invoices, and more.

Priority system for financial management – bookkeeping, payment collections from customers, payments to our distribution partners, payments to suppliers, and financial reports.

Power BI – a system that compiles and centralizes data from all systems about each partner’s sales and distribution volumes. The system updates automatically on an hourly basis and enables every distribution partner to access its set of reports where it can see the inventory status, the sales status (in general and for each customer) and the sum accumulated to its credit at that moment – all in real time and with full transparency.

The information compiled in Novolog’s Power BI system pertaining to each distribution partner is automatically shared with the partner’s information systems in order to facilitate optimal support of the partner’s routine business activities.
